LOT 1: 15.000 \u2013 30.000 \u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOT 2: 30.001 \u2013 90.000 \u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available indicative budget: 2.625.000,00\u20ac <\/strong>divided in two LOTs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOT 1: 660.000 \u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOT 2: 1.965.000 \u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project maximum funding rate:<\/strong> 100 % of eligible expenditure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project duration: <\/strong>12-15 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligible applicants:<\/strong> Civil society organizations (in accordance with detailed criteria listed in official document Call for proposals for medium projects and Gudilelines for applicants<\/em>.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOT 1<\/strong> \u2013 for eligible CSOs with less than 50.000 \u20ac annual turnover during last three years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOT 2<\/strong> \u2013 for eligible CSOs with more than 50.000 \u20ac annual turnover during last three years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deadlines for submission of project proposals: two-step application process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deadline for submission of Concept notes<\/strong>: November 30, 2021, 12:00:00 (noon, Croatian time)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anticipated deadline for submission of full project proposals<\/strong>: March 7, 2022, 12:00:00 (noon, Croatian tima), or 1 month after applicants receive invitations to proceed with preparation and submission of full project proposals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each individual applicant can submit only one project proposal <\/strong>in this call as a lead applicant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lead applicant can be a partner in another application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each organization can participate in no more than two project proposals<\/strong> in a partner role.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least 50% of the total available funds<\/strong> under this Call will be allocated to organizations registered and working in underserved geographic areas and\/or organizations<\/strong> working with vulnerable groups, including Roma.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All proposed projects within the ACF Programme must clearly contribute to the overall objective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Civil society and active citizenship strengthened and vulnerable groups empowered and its the corresponding indicator “Number of people engaged in civil society activities”.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Call will support projects lasting from twelve (12) to fifteen (15) months whose implementation will contribute to the achievement of long-term positive social changes in one of the five priority programme areas of the ACF Programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proposed projects within this Call must contribute to achieving at least one of the expected outcomes of the ACF Programme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Strengthened civil society watchdog\/advocacy role;<\/li>
  2. Increased support for human rights, rule of law and good governance;<\/li>
  3. Strengthened democratic culture and civic awareness and engagement<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    and at least one corresponding outcome level indicator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Proposed projects within this Call must include at least one project activity whose implementation will directly contribute to the achievement of at least one of the expected outputs of the Fund and the corresponding indicator(s) within the chosen outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In addition to contributing to one of the above three expected outcomes, all proposed projects must also contribute to achieving outcome 4 Enhanced capacity and sustainability of civil society (organisations and sector)<\/em>. Projects must include activities aimed at strengthening the capacity of applicant (and partners, if applicable) in order to successfully implement proposed project as well as contributed to the overall work and development of organization(s). The applicants are obliged to allocate mandatory 13% of the total value of the proposed project for the implementation of these activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The focus of this Call are project interventions that include the development and implementation of existing and \/ or new activities, approaches and methodologies, with achieving results that have a pronounced multiplier effect.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
